Casey Shinkle is the President and Founder of Shinkle Consulting Group, an engineering consulting company focused on helping manufacturers solve complex tooling and production challenges. Born and raised in the Wichita, Kansas area, Casey has built his career in the aerospace industry with experience in tool design, manufacturing engineering, engineering drawings, and production support.
 

With extensive experience using CATIA V5 and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, Casey specializes in developing practical engineering solutions that improve manufacturability, production readiness, and machining processes. His background includes supporting advanced aerospace programs, designing tooling for manufacturing environments, and working closely with engineering and production teams to turn complex problems into effective, buildable solutions.
 

Casey founded Shinkle Consulting Group in 2025 with the goal of providing local manufacturers and aerospace suppliers with responsive, hands-on engineering support. Through SCG, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world manufacturing experience to every project, with a focus on delivering solutions that are practical, efficient, and ready for the shop floor.
